• 2.5 Third-party sportsbooks, DFS apps, casinos, and prediction markets may limit, restrict, suspend, or close accounts and may void bonuses or promotions at their discretion. You are responsible for complying with the terms of each platform you use, and we are not responsible for any action taken by a third-party operator.

3. Payments, Subscriptions, and Access

• 3.1 All purchases and subscriptions are processed securely through Whop or other approved third-party payment processors.
• 3.2 You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information and ensuring your subscription remains active.
• 3.3 Unauthorized sharing, resale, or distribution of access (such as Discord invites, models, or files) will result in immediate termination without refund.

4. No Refunds or Returns

• 4.1 All sales are final.
• 4.2 Juiced Bets does not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges except as required by applicable consumer protection laws or as described in the Casino System money-back guarantee.

8. Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Juiced Bets and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.

9. Affiliate Disclosure

• Some links on our website and in our communities, including links to sportsbooks, DFS apps, casinos, and prediction markets, are affiliate or referral links. We may earn a commission or referral bonus when you sign up or make a deposit through these links, at no additional cost to you.
• Affiliate relationships do not change the prices you pay and do not influence the picks, data, or analysis we share.

10. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to any Service at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

11. Modifications

• Juiced Bets may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• 12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• 12.2 Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us and give us 30 days to try to resolve the dispute informally.
• 12.3 Except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration on an individual basis, administered in British Columbia, Canada. You and Juiced Bets each waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or other representative proceeding.
• 12.4 Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead of arbitration if the claim qualifies.
• 12.5 Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence.
• 12.6 For any matter not subject to arbitration, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada.

13. General

• If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
• These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any product-specific terms, are the entire agreement between you and Juiced Bets regarding the Services.
• Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

1. All Sales Are Final

• Because our products consist of digital goods, subscriptions, and instant-access materials, all sales are final once a purchase is completed.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate or fraudulent transactions.
• Payment processing errors through Whop or Stripe.
• As required by applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Subscription Cancellations

• You may cancel future billing at any time via your Whop dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
